CANADA – Moe Khorasani, PEng, PMP Joins EASY GLOBAL TRAINING Team as Senior IT/Project Management Adviser

We are delighted to announce that Mr. Moe Khorasani, PEng, PMP just agreed to join our team of world-wide consultants and advisers and will be collaborating with us out of Canada. Mr. Khorasani has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and more than 14 years of hands-on experience with blended training, e-learning courses, LMS design/development, multimedia content development, systems analysis/design , and adult education and learning principals plus more than seven years of project management and supervisory experience. He is an xpert in project troubleshooting, scope management, identifying scope creep, and budget control and proficient at managing multiple projects, ‘fast-track’ projects in a dynamic collaborative environment, and performing well under pressure. His proven track record of managing projects end-to-end through the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) along with extensive experience in agile and lean project management is of value for any company in any field of activity. Furthermore, his proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team (matrix environment) with emphasis on teamwork as well as full knowledge of user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) best practices can make a difference in the quality of the projects delivered at all levels. Mr. Motamed’s core competencies include: Project Management Life cycle, Strategic planning, Project plans, work breakdown structure, Planning/managing project scope, schedule, and resources, Budgeting, tracking, controlling, and reporting, Risk management processes and analysis, Analyzing costs and variances, Management of changing priorities, Vendors Management, Problem solving and consultative approach, Team liaising, Data management, Creative Problem Solving, Quality Assurance, User Experience Optimization, and Technical Consulting.
His technical skills include: Authoring and Web publishing tools (Adobe Flash, Captivate, Lectora, Robohelp, SumTotal ToolBook, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Sound Forge, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia, Articulate studio, Storyline , SketchUp 3D, Microsoft Office, MS Project and Visio, SharePoint). He is proficient in several programming Languages (HTML5, XSLT, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PHP, AS2, AS3) and well versed in MySQL and Postgre SQL.
